The brief
The studio had social media profiles and a phone. Anyone who wanted a price, or to know whether a treatment suited their skin type, had to call. Some people call. The rest close the page and try the studio next door. So the site had to answer what people ask before they pick up the phone.
- What a specific area costs and what a package includes
- Whether the treatment works for fair skin and fair hair
- How to prepare and after how many sessions the result shows
- How to book when you would rather not call
What we built
Prices on the page, not on request
Individual areas and packages carry their price right beside them, including what is in the package and what the studio adds to it.
Why this way. Someone who cannot find a price usually does not call, they just leave. And the studio otherwise answers the same question several times a day.

Six questions that decide the booking
The FAQ covers preparation, contraindications, how much it hurts, the number of sessions, the time to the first result and whether it suits fair skin.
Why this way. A booking is decided by worry, not by laser specs. When the site does not answer it, a phone call has to, and that call may never happen.

The whole site in two languages, not just the home page
The Czech and Russian versions were built at the same time, share the same structure and the same price list, and switch in the header.
Why this way. Translating only the front page is worse than not translating at all: a person clicks through and lands in the middle of text they cannot read.

Russian version
Booking in two fields
The form asks for a name and a phone number. The studio’s number also sits in the header of every page, one tap away on a phone.
Why this way. The more fields, the fewer forms get sent. The time and the area get settled in the call anyway, and the studio makes that call itself.

Our work in the client’s words
„I want to say how satisfied I am with the way Rozenfeld kept their promise to build our site epilas.cz quickly and affordably. I particularly appreciate the approach of the director, Mr Neporada, who was willing to go through my comments day and night.“
The outcome
Whoever opens the site reads the price and the answer to their worry, and books from the same page. The phone stayed for what genuinely has to be settled by voice.

When this makes sense for you too
The industry does not matter. The same approach fits anywhere at least two of these three sentences are true:
- Customers decide on price and on whether the service suits them specifically
- You answer the same questions on the phone several times a week
- Some of your customers speak a language other than Czech
